League of Women Voters of Nashville

League of Women Voters is a non-partisan organization encourage informed and active participation of citizens in government.

Vice-President in charge of monthly programming. Programs are held the first Friday of the month 12-1pm at the Goodwill Lifsey Career Solutions Center (937 Herman Street) and then repeated the second Wednesday of the month at the Green Hills Library (3701 Benham Avenue) 6-7pm.

April – “Women Standing Together: Next Steps from Women’s Day on the Hill 2018”

May – “Gun Violence from an Academic and Activist Perspective”

June – “The Opioid Crisis in Tennessee from a Policy and Medical Perspective”

August – “Sustainability Movement in Tennessee from a Policy and Community Development Perspective”
